Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Managing the IT spending budget for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Working with financial statements, data sources and excel. Communicating with business partners on a regular basis to ensure with a following the company's goals and objectives.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was in charge of my own small budget with regular check-ins to ensure I was managing it successfully.

I was given much support and guidance over my placement. I had regular 1-1 meetings with my manager where I could bring up any challenges I was facing. I also knew the appropiate contacts for any different types of issues I had.

The company culture was fantastic. My colleagues were extremely supportive/friendly/welcoming and treated us like any other colleague in the company.
