Register Your Interest - Commercial Performance Placement
Primary Purpose of the Job
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business, contributing to commercial analysis and performance assessment across multiple channels. You'll work on varied, high-impact topics, applying and developing a diverse skillset. Collaborating with stakeholders from undergraduates up to senior leadership, you'll support cross-functional initiatives, shape commercial strategies, and present insights in a clear, compelling way tailored to different audiences.
The role includes regular reporting of Online Sales performance to UK and HQ colleagues, collation of the monthly packs for the VWFS UK Board of Management and the D&D Senior Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities
- D&D – Online Sales Reporting & Forecasting (Monthly & Quarterly)
- Board of Management Pack – D&D Update (Monthly)
- D&D – Commercial Performance Pack (Monthly)
- D&D – Commercial Performance – Meeting & Action Log (Monthly)
- Market Research (Monthly)
- Customer Experience Research (Ad Hoc)
- Supporting Commercial Development Managers with Business Cases (Ad Hoc)
- Supporting Product Review Analysis (Annually)
Principal Contacts / Working Relationships
- Commercial Development Manager (Line Manager)
- General Manager – Commercial Development (Team Manager)
- Head of Product Strategy & Development (Supported Team Members)
- Product Owners & Managers (Supported Team Members).
Decision Making Scope
- Provide Reports, Insight and Recommendations for decisions to be made by the Product Strategy and Commercial Development team.

Education, Training and Experience
- Currently undertaking a degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics or Business.
