Our 12-month placements give Undergraduates the chance to gain hands-on experience across areas like Finance, HR, Marketing & Communications, Legal, and more. You’ll take on real responsibility, make meaningful contributions to projects, and build a network that will support your career long after your placement ends. With tailored training and mentoring opportunities, we give you the guidance, tools, and confidence to succeed. That’s why so many of our placements return to VWFS UK after graduating, ready to take the next step in their careers with us.

Our offices are designed with wellbeing and flexibility in mind. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee at the Kombi Van Café, catching up with colleagues over lunch, or taking a break with a game of pool, there are plenty of spaces to recharge and connect. And with our hybrid working approach, our Undergraduates can work two days a week from home - because great work can happen anywhere.

We’re based in Milton Keynes - a modern, well-connected city just 50 miles from London. With plenty of green spaces, cycle routes and lakes alongside shops, restaurants, sports facilities and regular events, it offers a striking balance of city living and outdoor space.
