Interested in a future in business, insurance, or professional services? LTSB is offering a 4-week pre-employment programme in Liverpool designed to help you build the confidence, skills, and experience to launch your career.

Whether you're just leaving school or looking for your next step, our bootcamp will prepare you for entry-level business and insurance roles with some of the UK’s top firms.

• 4-week pre-employment programme delivered in a hybrid format – both online and in person in Liverpool
• CV and interview coaching, essential workplace skills, and insight into the insurance and business sectors
• Workshops and activities delivered in partnership with Liverpool FC Foundation

Programme Length: 4 weeks

Location: Liverpool Hybrid (you must be available for the full programme)

Where could this programme take you?

Past LTSB candidates have gone on to start exciting careers with top employers in the insurance and business world. We work with leading firms including RSM, Hiscox and Kroll.

You’ll be prepared for entry-level roles such as:

• Insurance Administrator
• Client Services Assistant
• Business Support Assistant
• Finance or Operations Trainee

What will you be doing on the bootcamp?

• Learning how the insurance and business sectors work
• Developing your communication, organisation, and teamworking skills
• Practising real-life interview techniques and building a standout CV
• Exploring your strengths and interests with guidance from expert coaches
• Taking part in sessions with Liverpool FC Foundation to grow confidence and leadership

Who can apply?

We’re looking for motivated young people aged 18–24 who are ready to take their first step into the world of work. No prior experience is needed—just commitment and a willingness to learn.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have been eligible for free school meals and/or faced barriers to accessing career opportunities
• Be available for the full duration of the 4-week programme
