Looking to break into the world of business but not sure where to start? LTSB is offering an exciting pre-employment programme for young people in Birmingham who want to gain the skills, confidence, and qualifications to succeed.

We’re running an 8-week Business Bootcamp designed to give you the best possible start to your career. Whether you're interested in finance, marketing, customer service, or administration, this programme will prepare you for the world of work and set you up for success.

What’s on offer?

• 8-week pre-employment programme delivered in a hybrid format – both online and in person in Birmingham
• CV and interview coaching, essential workplace skills, and real-world insights from business professionals
• The opportunity to gain an ATT Level 2 Bookkeeping qualification
• A guaranteed interview for a real business role at the end of the programme
• Continued 1:1 support from LTSB to help you take the next step in your career

Location: Hybrid (you must be available for the full programme)

Who can apply?

We’re looking for motivated young people aged 18–24 who are ready to start their journey in business. No prior experience is needed, just the drive to learn and grow.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have been eligible for free school meals and/or faced barriers to accessing career opportunities
• Be available for the full duration of the 8-week programme
