LTSB is launching in Glasgow and we’re looking for motivated young people to join our first ever Business Programme in the city.

This 6-week pre-employment bootcamp is designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to take your first steps into a business career. Whether you're interested in customer service, finance, admin, or operations, we’ll help you get ready for the world of work and give you the opportunity to interview for real roles.

What’s on offer?

• 6-week pre-employment programme delivered in a hybrid format – both online and in person in Glasgow
• Training in workplace behaviours, communication, teamwork, and professional confidence
• CV and interview coaching from experienced Programme Managers
• A guaranteed interview for a real business role at the end of the programme
• Ongoing support from LTSB to help you take the next step in your career

Bootcamp Start Date: 03/10/2025

Programme Length: 6 weeks

Location: Hybrid ( delivered online and in central Glasgow locations. You must be available for the full programme)

Where could this programme take you?

Our business programmes across the UK have helped young people into roles such as:

• Business Support Assistant
• Client Services Administrator
• Finance Trainee
• Marketing Apprentice

We work with top employers like NatWest, BDO, Page Group, and others and we’re excited to start building similar partnerships right here in Glasgow.

What will you be doing on the bootcamp?

• Gaining insight into how businesses operate and what employers look for
• Working on real-world tasks and challenges to build your skills
• Practising interview techniques and writing a stand-out CV
• Building confidence and communication through group work and coaching
• Meeting professionals and expanding your understanding of career pathways

Who can apply?

We’re looking for young people aged 18–24 who are ready to explore a future in business. No experience is needed, just commitment and a desire to grow.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have been eligible for free school meals and/or faced barriers to accessing career opportunities
• Be available for the full 6-week programme
