Whether you're interested in business operations, client services, or insurance support roles, this bootcamp will give you the tools to get ahead and help you take that all-important first step into the world of work.

Location: Manchester Hybrid (you must be available for the full programme)

Where could this programme take you?

Our business bootcamps have helped young people secure roles in leading organisations across the UK. In Manchester, we partner with respected employers in the business and insurance sectors, including:

• RSM
• Hiscox
• Kroll

You’ll be prepared for roles such as:

• Client Services Assistant
• Insurance Administrator
• Business Support Assistant
• Finance or Operations Trainee

What will you be doing on the bootcamp?

• Developing key workplace skills like communication, organisation, and time management
• Receiving expert coaching on CV writing, applications, and interview techniques
• Gaining insight into the insurance sector and business fundamentals
• Working on group tasks and mock interviews to build your confidence
• Connecting with professionals and learning what it takes to thrive in a business environment

Who can apply?

We’re looking for young people aged 18–24 who are ready to start building a career in business. No experience needed, just motivation and a desire to learn.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have been eligible for free school meals and/or faced barriers to accessing career opportunities
• Be available for the full duration of the 4-week programme
