I work with children in 2-3 and make sure that they have all the care that they need. I also do my apprentice work alongside it to make sure that I am completing it with my normal duties.

I am a early years room manager studying for my level 3 in childcare. I care for the children whilst overseeing the other staff in the room. I plan for the children to support their learning and development.

My role is to provide an excellent standard of care to children between the ages of 0-5 years. I participate in teaching the children and providing dignifying intimate care routines.

As an apprentice, my roles varies on a weekly basis due to experience and learning the role as an Early Years Educator completing a level 3 as an apprentice.

It’s going good but due to lack of staff my meetings are regularly being cancelled

We look after child all day we make sure there nappies are done , making sure there paperwork is up to date. Also making sure they meet their milestone that they have to reach and if we have any concerns about a child that we report straight away
