Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work with children in 2-3 and make sure that they have all the care that they need. I also do my apprentice work alongside it to make sure that I am completing it with my normal duties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme to make sure that I am on top of things. My colleague is a really good help to me when I need support

Yes I have learnt more about the safeguarding policies and how the children learn and how I can support them

I know that if I email anyday that she will give me the support that I need to be able to complete the work that she has set for me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer will help me to get what I need done and will give me advice if I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have so much support to be able to get what I need done in the right time and if I need extra time to do something they will give me it.

It helps me a lot as it helps me to be the best I can and helps me to continue to learn more and more about how the children’s minds work and they play

We don’t really have social events at my work but we occasionally go out and work on team building.

I would recommend them as they do support you and help you to be able to complete things that need doing. They will make sure that your voice is heard and they push you to do things better.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Busy Bees Childcare?
I would tell them that if they think about childcare then go for busy bees as they support you a lot and there are lots of ways for you to be able to progress your career.
