To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job a lot, helping children learn, develop and grow is a very rewarding job.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes a lot I have learnt there is so much more to working with children.i have also learned a lot through my apprenticeship that I didn’t know there is so much more to safeguarding than I could have imagined it was so great to learn.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured it’s not just all writing it’s research and developing my skills not just writing things down I can actually physically learn from working day to day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

It is amazing quick response if I ever need help and I never feel silly for asking for help she always provides me with the help I need without ever making me feel that it’s a silly question.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot it’s nice to receive the support if im ever struggling with the work she is always there to help me. She never gives me too much work we’re I cannot work full time and do it, it’s just enough were I am able to have time to do my work but also enjoy my time out of work also.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has definitely helped having the extra research and knowledge has made me more confident in how I approach things at work and if individuals have questions I am easily able to explain and answer.

It’s such a warm and welcoming place to work the staff are really great and support my journey in my apprentice, the mangers too.
