I am doing training of my with lifetime and they have helped me, I have completed level 2 apprenticeship and now on level 3. I am work in a kitchen running shift cooking food to spec. Lifetime has helped my training side. Shoutout to Raheem.

My job role involves opening and closing the business, counting stock, cash management, ordering of stock and equipment.

My role as a ktl is to guide and support my team. I communicate between management and kitchen team. I also have small bits of responsibility and delegate what i have to.

Since starting my apprenticeship I’ve been promoted. Day to day I oversee the pub and have a number of roles and responsibilities that I undertake to ensure the pub’s successful and above standard.
