I have learnt a few new skills but also developed a few of my skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured and broken down into sections. This makes not so overwhelming when looking at the course overall.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

For the most part I egg support and the hours I need. At the moment I haven’t been receiving my hours to complete my work.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach is very supportive with me and he always plans check ins.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to perform my job to a better standard as it demonstrates quality of a good leader but also how to deal with any risks.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Very little activities in place as we are such a big company. We do have a few social gatherings but it would be fun to have more.

Don’t be scared. If you see an apprenticeship with them apply, they are the most supportive team and there webinars are interactive and fun to help you stay engaged.
