My manager is always there to help with any questions I have concerning my course and other questions about how things work within my company.

I receive the best support from my Lifetime mentor! She is excellent at her job! Always helpful and never makes me feel silly for any questions I have and helps word things in a different way if I don't quite understand initially.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it has helped me so much. Helping me see how things work from another perspective and that then helps me work on a way that will help everyone.

Why?

I definitely would. You are always so well supported by your mentor! You are never made to feel stupid on any way if you don't understand things. You are helped to understand in a way that suits you. It is worked well around your job so you don't feel too overwhelmed and it can be adjusted to help you.
