I work in the Dotcom department and specifically on click and collect. I organise customer orders and bring them to the customers. I deal with any queries the customer may have.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am learning a lot from the program and is motivating me to want to progress. My coach has been amazing.

A lot of my knowledge with customers is reinforced, but I have learned a lot about legislation and financial sides of my role.
