Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day I use salesforce and go through cases that are sent in by customers. I make sure these are worked on by my team of engineers making sure to priorotise some cases and ask people to help on cases when needed.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, my role gave me real responsibility and there were real world consequenses if I made a mistake which made it scary at first but I got used to it. This made me feel valued though as I was adding real value.

I have learnt communication skills about how to properly respond in a professional manner, I have learnt how to use Salesforce a key platform for my role and I have learnt a basic knowledge of the product my team works with.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I have enjoyed my placement as much as there have been ups and downs I never felt I had made a mistake to go on this placement and I do not regret my decision to join this placement.

Follow instructions carefully in applications when they ask you to write about something specific don't try to come up with something that almost answers it make sure you fully answer the questions.
