Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I manage various IBM tools used in the sector, I host training sessions for said tools, I manage new ideas and implement any possible activities to keep improving our score on RFPs

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes but it varies from month to month, and hugely depends on what my manager gives me to do. The company requires you to be given work and is very difficult to 'own' things without it being done alongside your manager.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

A lot, specifically from my task managers and various other GTM employees, in terms of the foundation managers I felt there is a lot more that could be done other than the 1 week of career development.
