Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role within the Cyber Security Services (CSS) Delivery team, in IBM C, centres around managing reporting and ad-hoc support for the Services Sales and Consulting & Delivery division.
I run a weekly signings call for Portfolio Managers and their team to ensure they have a view of all signings (c. $40M/ Quarter), loading logistics and contracts. This is an integral role assisting in revenue forecasting and building a widely used annual Roadmap ultimately allowing relevant internal stake holders to assess financial performance of their contracts.
