Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the team in delivering client work
- Provide assistance and input in proposal work
- Support the delivery of operational reports
- Support development of the service line including offerings regular SL meetings and other requirements.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I recieved a lot of responsibility with control over weekly financial reporting for the leadership team as well as working on some fast-paced and high intensity projects.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes, I've learnt a lot of new skills through the YourLearning site at IBM - I've achieved 2 IBM verified bages so far in Agile and Enterprise Design Thinking which I have been able to incorporate in my daily tasks and projects. I also have started a certification for Fast Start to Digital Change as well as expanding my excel knowledge though some courses.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was very friendly - no matter how 'high' they were in the orgainsation. I frequently get colleagues offering to help and support with different tasks I am doing.

Take every opporutnity you can get, there are so many offered and it can be a bit overwhelming when you initially join - but I have learnt so much from my time here.
