Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Most days there were regular talks on each division of the bank and case studies related to the division.
We were given some time during the day to work on our M&A project although most of it was done after the actual spring week timings.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I was able to understand the business and roles within the business quite well because after each talk on a business division, the speakers were very open to ask any questions we had and clear any confusions we may have had about the business.

Presentation as we presented two case studies as a group in front of the spring cohort and a panel of bankers.
Teamwork and time management as when completing the project briefing, I had to make sure I managed my time and communicated with my team on our joint availability to work on the M&A case study.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very friendly and open with the whole team, be it senior bankers, junior bankers and the HR team. Everyone was very willing to answer any of our questions.
