5/5
I have learnt so many new skills since starting the programme as well as developing skills I already had. This has been really beneficial in both work and home life

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Structure is great I always know what I'm doing and when I'm doing it. There is always and opportunity to do more if I want to. I know when ill be off shop floor or on it and what jobs I'll be doing.

Always there for questions or call when I need something. We typically arrange calls every 2 months with the support coach but could opt for more or less time between them.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Amazing I'm learning to understand how to do things I would never typically know how to do. It really helps to make a difference.
