My experience at Lockton has been extremely positive. Since joining the graduate scheme, I have been given meaningful responsibility, exposure to a wide range of clients, and opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals across different areas of the business. Entertainment Practice:
My first rotation provided a strong introduction to the insurance industry and client servicing. I gained exposure to policy management, endorsements, renewals, and day-to-day account handling. The team was highly supportive and helped me develop a solid technical foundation.
Multinational Team:
My current rotation has expanded my understanding of global insurance programmes and international risk management. I have been involved in multinational client onboarding projects, Broker of Record collections, compliance reviews, and coordination with brokers and insurers across numerous territories. This role has strengthened my project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills while exposing me to a much broader range of markets and clients.

Team members trust me to manage my own responsibilities, contribute ideas, and take ownership of projects. My input is listened to and supported, which has helped me build confidence and feel invested in the team's success.
