Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Gained practical experience across multiple lines of insurance, with a particular focus on Marine and Cargo claims.
Supported the Claims team in processing and reviewing claims throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal systems including BE and LOCS.
Investigated missing and outstanding payments, tracking transactions to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
Analysed claims data across multiple cases, identifying trends and monitoring key timelines to support effective claims management.
Collaborated with colleagues to produce a market report on the energy sector, specialising in mining, minerals and metals, and presented key findings to stakeholders.
