Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

There is lots of support and guidance available to you. In the first weeks you have the early careers teams holding lots of welcome events which teach you about the company and how everything works here. There are also lots of ice breaking events that are designed to help you build connections and network with your cohort so that you can get to know your peers. Once you start your technical role, you will continue to have access to the early careers team for anything you need but you will also have a manager and a team who will support you in your main role. Alongside your core team, you will be given a 'buddy' who will be someone at the company who has been here a little bit longer, who will be an additional support to you.
