Its a great company to work for with a good work life balance and a real mission that everyone is striving for together

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Main responsibilities included wrangling data from internal and external sources, visualising them and analysing the outputs to produce concrete information to inform decision makers.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

It gives you a good look at different parts of the organisation and what real work looks like. Would be better if there was specific training for data science though.

Not much formal training unless you source it yourself, but on the job training is 100% there.

People are very friendly and will make time to talk to you and support you with transitioning from Uni and also with work when new skills are being used.

How is your work-life balance?

Work life balance is great, as long as you work your hours most teams are not fussed with when you work. Talk to your manager if you require other arrangements like 9 day fortnight.

What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

It's quite a big thing at the company and the values can be found within all employees, the recruitment team does a good job.
