What I enjoy most is the client-facing aspect of the role and the level of ownership I've been given. Managing my own accounts as a graduate has been both rewarding and a great learning experience, and I enjoy working with a supportive team that is always willing to help and share knowledge.

From day one, I have been trusted with client-facing responsibilities and given ownership of my own accounts, which has accelerated my professional growth. At the same time, I've been surrounded by colleagues who are always willing to offer guidance and support, creating a collaborative and inclusive culture. The combination of trust, learning opportunities, and teamwork has made my experience at IBM extremely rewarding.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to IBM?
During onboarding, take advantage of the support network around you and don't be afraid to ask questions. There is a huge amount to learn, but everyone is willing to help. Being proactive, building relationships early, and getting involved in opportunities outside your immediate role will help you get the most out of your experience at IBM.
