Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at IBM?

My experience at IBM has been the best. The work/life balance, work ethic, and all the skills you build are tremendously valuable. I've learned and grown so much over the last couple of years, all thanks to IBM.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

The main responsibilities of my role is to use the skills I built in Client Engineering (Platform Engineer) to drive sales in the AI Space. From completing demonstrations using IBM's AI portfolio to speaking/engaging with customers first hand, this role has taught me to enjoy every part of the process.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel very valued by my team. I manage numerous accounts across the team so I am able to drive value in countless parts of the business.

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Yes, many perks and benefits. I have access to private insurance and a pension fund.

How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

This role has given me lots of exposure to working in tech. Working with so many different technologies, it helps to build my technical portfolio. In addition to this, speaking to so many individuals from clients to coworkers, you build and learn so many new skills.

How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Both. There are lots of formal training from watching videos, taking quizzes, etc. And then you can imply what you have learned in your day-to-day tasks.
