Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Checking in customers and showing them around cars whilst trying to upsell Excess protections to achieve sales goals, side handling returns and general customer service in person and on the phone.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A lot of responsibility from the first day, dealing with customers, retail/corporate/ insurance and dealing with damage claims as well
