serving customers, making sure everyone gets checked into the correct vehichle, manage complaints. Maintain a high level of sales compared to others in your area, chase debt from accounts, have meetings with financial accounts

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given responsibility for my own corporate accounts, I had to set up meetings and try and grow the business

I am now much mre confidetn when it comes to speaking to a variety of different people, and can diffuse tense situations with customers

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Alot of men in the industry, doesnt feel like I fit in sometimes and hard to speak / compare with others. A few arguments between mangers which creates a tense environment

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed certain parts, made me become a more proactive person. Howveer, it was not the job I thought it would be and not linked to my course or what I want to do in the future.
