Overall, how would you describe your experience at Enterprise Mobility?
Onboarding experience was excellent. Treated very well and respectfully. Enterprise has a real focus on hard work, on staff mobility and flexibility, on sales, and on strong customer service - all of which I believe I could display.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
We are responsible for working in the branch every day as Graduate Management Trainees. We deal with fleet management, customer queries, insurance underwriting, the sale of protection packages, fuel costs and upgrades of previously booked vehicles.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

4 - well valued for work and good team spirit and ethics. Daily meetings mean that those who reach sales targets are lauded.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

4 - Decent graduate salary, competitive with industry norms, only criticism is that it's a 45 hour week, which very few graduate roles operate. However, as aforementioned, this is the evidence of the value of hard work that Enterprise Mobility place on their staff.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Excellent skills and learning base can be developed through this role, particularly through customer service operations.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Developing skills are a definite during enterprise, but prior to this one must be competent in product knowledge, which is of course hard given the new systems that a Management Trainee must learn.

Really good shadowing from more experienced employees and a really open learning culture which I love to be a part of.
How is your work-life balance?

Not great - but I really don't mind that. I have only just begun my orientation as a new hire, but I can see how demanding an environment it is and will be.

Why?
Split referral fee of £1000. I also think they hire a broad range of graduates from many walks of life and studies, so there isn't a one size fits all (Which is Great)!

Have Fun! You are not supposed to know everything, and fortunately the person that you will be learning from will have been in that position just a couple of months prior.
