Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Throughout the week, we worked in teams on a business challenge, developing an idea and presenting it in a Dragon's Den-style pitch at the end of the programme. Alongside the group project, we attended drop-in sessions led by professionals from a range of different business areas, giving us insight into the work carried out across the firm. The combination of collaborative project work and interactive sessions made each day engaging and provided a broad understanding of the industry.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The experience was extremely informative and gave me a much clearer understanding of how Rothschild & Co operates as a business. It was particularly interesting to learn about the different sectors within the firm, how they work together, and how the company generates revenue through its services. Speaking with professionals from a variety of teams also gave me valuable insight into the different career paths available and the skills required for each, making it easier to understand where my own interests may lie.
