Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I supported the delivery of technology solutions for clients across a range of industries, helping to implement the services and outcomes agreed during the pre-sales phase. Unlike a traditional software development role focused on a single product, my work was project-driven and varied significantly depending on client requirements, technologies, and business objectives.
On a day-to-day basis, I worked on multiple client engagements, contributing to activities such as solution design, data integration and governance, machine learning deployment, technical problem solving, testing, documentation, client demonstrations, and stakeholder communication.
