There was a vast amount of support and guidance available to me during my placement. Both formally from mentor and the Early Careers Team. As well as from my team including my line manager and wider team.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Great culture in the business everyone genuinely wants to help each other. Senior members are willing to give time up to provide support and mentorship.
