I have thoroughly enjoyed my graduate scheme at Müller. The support I have received throughout my time here has been invaluable, and being part of such a welcoming and caring community has helped me build confidence and thrive in my role. I've been trusted with responsibilities and opportunities that I never imagined I'd have so soon after graduating, which has accelerated my development and made the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.

Within my role, I am responsible for all aspects of the intern and graduate lifecycle, from contact strategy and recruitment through to onboarding, development, and offboarding. I particularly enjoy the people-focused nature of the role and the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. This has allowed me to develop a strong professional network and build meaningful relationships with colleagues at all levels. What I enjoy most, however, is being able to support and positively impact others. Knowing that I play a part in helping interns and graduates start and develop their careers makes the role incredibly rewarding.

I feel that the contributions of both myself and my team are genuinely recognised and valued. One of the highlights of the year is our annual Early Careers Conference, where we celebrate the achievements of our apprentices, graduates, and interns across the business. The event has received highly positive feedback from members of the Board, who have recognised the value of the programme and the talent within our cohorts. It also provides a fantastic opportunity for the Early Careers team to showcase the work we do throughout the year, and we have received significant recognition and praise from senior leaders who have attended. Knowing that our efforts positively impact both individuals and the wider business makes the work incredibly rewarding.
