To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thought it was a lot easier than I expected and gave me an opportunity to get extra qualifications

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am a lot better at conversation now , especially when I comes to strangers like customers I find it easier to compliment them if I like their outside etc and fine it easier to hold a conversation

A lot , from the director , pushed me in the right directions

I received lots of support from my coaches , no matter what my questions were not questions were stupid

I had no experience in optics previous to this and now I can answer a lot of questions independently

Yes we do training sessions and have staff meals a couple times a year

We get a lot of benefits working for specsavers , for glasses but also in private life we get we care access too

Just go for it , the support is great and you get a lot of opportunities to grow
