Gathering requirements from product owners and doing the analysis for computer programmers.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I delivered 2 projects as the solo Business Analyst in separate teams. The way the placement scheme was managed allowed me to grow hugely in confidence, whilst giving me the independence to drive decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Motability Operations is known for having the best working atmosphere and friendly culture. Everyone was/ is always so helpful to everyone. This allowed me to settle into the company a lot easier.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I loved my placement year, hence my return to Motability Operations. It was the best year in industry for my degree and I couldn't wait to get back to working during my final year at uni.
