Motability Operations is the UK’s largest car leasing business, but our impact goes beyond cars. Through the Motability Scheme, we help over 900,000 disabled people across the UK lease a car, powered wheelchair, scooter or Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), using their mobility allowance. This brings more freedom and independence to everyday life.

Placement Programme

Our twelve month placement programme is not just an experience. It is a journey of transformation.

If you are someone who is curious, open to learning and wants to do work that matters, this could be for you.

Our placement is built around three clear pillars:

• Contribute – be trusted with real responsibility and the opportunity to influence decisions from day one – just by bringing your authentic self
• Personal Development – build your confidence and skills through mentoring, live placement specific learning sessions and events – all shaped and tailored to champion your growth and goals
• The Project – lead a real business challenge that creates positive impact and delivering solutions together with your peers

Our apprenticeships also follow three pillars:

• Qualification - Work towards a recognised qualification, with support to apply what you are learning
