I was given a lot of responsibility, I had ownership over certain products and tools, and took on work as much as other team members.

I had a really supportive circle around me, I had my manager, mentor, coach, assigned buddy, early careers HR rep. Aside from that everyone in the company is lovely and supportive so you never felt lost.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Amazing, the people are so lovely, couldn't do more for you. The company is very customer focused which is refreshing and makes the work feel so meaningful.

It's about the customer, the scheme is very very important to a lot of people so it is all about thinking of the customer experience and accessibility and sustainability of the scheme.
