Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was helping my managers with their pipelines and tracking utilisation hours from consultants, helping clients with questions and organising the information of contracts. I worked closely with consultants and the sellers to streamline the bridge between several areas. Creating records using the company's tools and helping with extending and closing contracts

Yes, there were many important tasks as stated above which all had a direct impact with sellers, customers and management

The company culture is centred around helping others whether thats through other IBM'ers or through those in need through so many education and charity programs which I was really grateful to be part of

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Best experience Ive had and I have really enjoyed the work and the people there. the culture of everyone is extremely warm and i have always felt valued and as though I am helping to make an impact as well as being supported throughout
