Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Delivery Consultant
I work with data /ai products in the IBM portfolio to help deliver client projects. Some of these are proof of concepts.
I have also done some project management tasks. This involves billing, understanding contracts to make the sure the scope of the project is correct. Also, managing kanban boards and generating stakeholder reports.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A lot. It is what you make of it, the more you put yourself out there, the more you're able to get others to trust you and give you more responsibility

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes - I was a complete beginner to coding/software development. I've been able to learn how to code, use data management systems. I've also learnt a lot of soft skills such as people management and communication. IBM has a great internal learning platform. It is easy to ask other people on my team to help me learn more things.

Good, the company is very big so at a high level the culture is extremely positive. On my team, everyone was really kind and I loved the culture.
