Global Finance Transformation Programme – FTSE 100 Client
Supported the Programme Manager on a £50m global finance transformation programme which aims to cut the cost of finance for the client by 1.5% over a 2-year horizon via methods including captive hubs and COEs as well as restructurings, contributing analysis and materials presented directly to the C-Suite.
Managed labour costs and forecasting for a project with a £1.5m monthly burn rate, ensuring accuracy, governance, and financial clarity across a complex multi-workstream engagement.
Directed an India‑based operations team responsible for onboarding/offboarding tracking across 20+ countries, improving global workforce visibility and operational control.
Produced executive presentation materials and collaborated with 10+ internal partners across sectors to align delivery with client expectations and programme milestones.
Produced a programme‑wide playbook distributed to 200+ stakeholders, subsequently adopted at a global level as a reference resource for new bids within several of IBM's sector — demonstrating ability to create scalable, reusable consulting assets.
Oversaw client travel approvals exceeding £500k, ensuring compliance, cost governance, and timely processing.
