Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

You are trained in every department to ensure you get as much experience as possible throughout the warehouse, including health and safety, finance, etc.
On a day-to-day basis I am involved in jobs based around the warehouse, including surveying the warehouse and the operatives.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is enjoyable as you get first hand experience as to what you are studying, however you need to ensure you manage your time correctly to make sure you do not get overwhelmed between work and study time.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am still in my first year, but I have learnt many new skills that I was unfamiliar with before joining or was not as good as. For example, better presentation skills, technology, management skills, etc.
