The program is fairly decentralised which means some people have different experiences depending on their mentor / site.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My Mentor is excellent with support, however this is not the case for all - there could be more structure for the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Always Contactable if needed, but communication is sometimes lacking from their end.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Many things are not relevant to my day to day current operations - however they are still interesting.

It isn't a typical desk job, you will be on your feet and doing manual work so be prepared for that!
