Our main focuses in this space are:

The Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship- Focused on those who have not already achieved a degree the Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship offers individuals the opportunity to work at GXO within the operation and study for a BA (Hons) Professional Practice in Supply Chain Degree. This route takes 3.5 years with individuals going on to roles such as HR Advisors, Operations Managers, and Finance Assistant.

The GXO Graduate Scheme- Focused on those who have already achieved a degree the GXO Graduate Scheme gives individuals a holistic overview of GXO with individuals moving around the network though site based placements over 2 years. With pathways in Operations, HR, and Finance graduates will undertake an apprenticeship course during their role relating to their relevant pathway.

Both these early careers schemes onboard individuals in September with recruitment opening at the start of the year.
