My role is to learn and develop practical skills while working within a real job environment. On a day-to-day basis, I carry out tasks relevant to my role while continuing to learn. This includes : Completing routine job duties under supervision
Following company procedures, health & safety rules, and guidelines
Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
Receiving training (both on the job and through coursework or online learning)
Asking questions and seeking feedback to improve my skills
Keeping records of my progress and completing required apprenticeship work.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship to a great extent, as it gives me the opportunity to gain practical experience while learning new skills at the same time. Being able to apply what I learn directly in the workplace makes the role more interesting and helps me understand the job better. I particularly enjoy developing my confidence and becoming more independent in my role. Working alongside experienced colleagues has also been valuable, as I can learn from them and improve my performance.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned new skills and improved some that were not very strong before. I have learned how to use a computer and various different programs. I have also developed my confidence and significantly improved my level of English through Functional Skills.
Overall, I can see a great deal of improvement in my career, and I know there is much more to come in the future.

I can say that I receive all types of support from the programme. There is a very well-structured organisation led by the manager and team leader. The company provides us with training and gives us the time needed to complete all tasks.
