What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

I can see the wider culture, values and atmosphere but at the Zara site i am currently on there is a communication issue where the team of ops managers do not speak with any member of the team unless they can hide behind an email. There is a lot of lying going on and it is causing a break down between DM, FLM and Operative. However, this is specific to my current placement and see a lot other sites where this is not valid
