Each day was different. There were challenges and learning opportunities most days but I felt guided and supported.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
As an older apprentice retraining I found I still learned a lot and where I already had knowledge things were adjusted to take that into account so we could still cover but spend more time on the parts I needed to expand my knowledge and understanding.

I leaned new tools to help with decision making and organisation, which will help me as I move forward in my new career.
