It was a good apprenticeship and i was supported well by my line manager.

I have learned how to send formal emails, How to use specific IT programmes, How to file efficiently, How to work well as a team and individually, How to use excel to the best of my ability.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Structured well, I would have a meeting with my tutor once a month but i would've liked to have gone to college and met other people on my course so that it didn't feel so secluded. My line manager was very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received good support but i could'e used more so i wasn't as stressed out while trying to complete my coursework.

I feel my qualification helps a little bit in making me more efficient at my job but i feel i learnt more on the job.

Yes we did a bake off com-petition and our depot won. We also have quizzes now and again and other certain things.
