I undertook 6-month rotational placements around IT. A day-to-day would be role-based but essentially working as an additional member of a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The university element was challenging but the post-apprenticeship rewards were very encouraging as I progressed into a higher role within 4 months of completion.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned a range of technical and interpersonal skills which made me well equipped for full-time employment.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Anglian Water was very organised, but the training providers needed a lot of feedback. Aston University has made a lot of improvement to the newer cohorts taking the same programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Couldn't have asked for better support from Anglian Water.

Aston University was up and down but this is typical of universities that deliver degree apprenticeship programmes.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well - I've used almost everything I learned in my degree in roles after the apprenticeship.
