Working with many stakeholders, providing insight into data which would have been hidden to the naked eye.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed working with Anglian Water. They provided me with adequite skills and knowledge to become a data analyst. The array of company benefits and support from the business with the apprenticeship was good too.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to present, clean and manipulate complex datasets and build reports using PowerBi.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The business side was very well structured. Having regular catch ups with stakeholders and my manager benefitted me. There were also lots of people to guide me when joining the business as there are a lot of terms used and programs to get used to.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support at the start was very bad going to college but moved to an online service which was much better, attending live events and submitting write ups to ensure knowledge was retained and we had the correct projects to hit KSBs.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

After the provider swap, it was very beneficial to have the support and guidance from the training provider as they always checked in to see if you know what you are talking about. They also introduced me to new ways of learning and new means to interpret data.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There were always networking events trough the business. We had community days out and events to participate in. We also had analytics community days where there was connectivity between anaylsts and talks to show off work to learn from.

Yes
Why?
You can improve communication skills, and also develop a good understanding of how the Water Industry operates. There is lots of opportunities to meet new and kind people and they are very supportive and diverse.
