Completing projects throughout different teams within the company with skills i learnt through the apprenticeship such as power bi, coding, and data preparation
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great as i was hired alongside 3 other apprentices at the same time so we were able to bounce ideas of each other which helped in my learning

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, i am much more coding efficient now and also able to create dashboards for people which can show useful information

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised so that i was able to finish early and still have continued support from the early careers team

Having both a manager and the early careers team who focus on the wellbeing and growth of apprentices and future development

They are always trying to find ways to help us improve on what projects we do to both match our strengths but also test what we arent as strong at
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

very well, there was constant support and also their learning was made alot easier as it was able to be all done online

i became an ambassador for the learning provider so i sometimes do some online calls sharing my experience and also careers fairs

Would you recommend Anglian Water to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Due to the constant support and also the friends i have made along the journey. Also how interesting the whole water process is makes the apprenticeship very enjoyable as everyone is willing to help and wants to see you succeed
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Anglian Water?
If you ever can, to go on site and see what makes the site run in person. this helps gain a knowledge on what it is your project is about if your able to see it in person
